1. Services Provided
Longs GCS provides professional home inspection services for residential properties, including pre-purchase, pre-sale, and general maintenance inspections.
Our inspections include a non-invasive visual examination of accessible areas and components of the property. We follow industry-standard practices and use reasonable judgment based on observed conditions at the time of the inspection.
2. Scope & Limitations

The inspection is not a warranty or guarantee of the property’s condition.

We do not perform destructive testing, dismantle components, or access concealed areas.

Certain elements (e.g., septic systems, wells, mold, asbestos, or pests) may be outside the standard inspection unless otherwise specified.

Weather, access restrictions, or safety hazards may limit the scope of the inspection.
3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Inspection availability is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
By scheduling a home inspection, the client agrees to:

Ensure safe and full access to the property, including all interior and exterior areas

Notify all relevant parties (e.g., sellers, tenants, agents) of the scheduled inspection

Understand that the inspection report reflects the property’s condition only at the time of the inspection
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at or before the time of inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property
